Treasurer Agustin Enriquez
Econometrics Computational Finance Agustin Enriquez is the student representing Eastfield College for the treasurer position. Prior to this role, he has been a senator for the local SGA, Founder/President of the Economics Club, and a Phi Theta Kappa member. Agustin’s activities within the community include being a mathematics tutor at Eastfield, and a volunteer coordinator at Network of Community Ministries. He has contributed over 550 volunteer service hours in the last 19 months. Agustin became Eastfield College’s first Presidential Volunteer service award gold medal recipient, a proud LeCroy scholar, and a committee member for the America College Promise Student leadership committee. On his free time Agustin enjoys running, golfing, monitoring Financial Markets, and reading Economics books. He is a marathoner and soon will compete in his first 50-mile ultra-marathon. This summer he underwent a 3-week summer econometrics program at the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science. Agustin plans on transferring to one of the top economics programs to double major in Econometrics & Computational Finance. Agustin’s main goal is to one day become a founding partner of a Hedge Fund/Private Equity Firm. In life there are two main concepts to always keep in mind, that life in this world is finite, and that the potential within us in infinite. –A.E. |
